Former University of Washington star Kelsey Plum has been named to the WNBA All Rookie Team. The San Antonio Stars guard joins Rookie of the Year Allisha Gray of the Dallas Wings Atlanta Dream guard Brittney Sykes, was one of three unanimous selections announced Tuesday.
Gray, Plum and Sykes received the maximum 11 votes from a panel of the WNBA’s 12 head coaches.
Plum, who finished her Husky career as the NCAA Division I women’s basketball career scoring record holder, led all rookies in assists and free throw percentage after being drafted first in the 2017 WNBA Draft.
The All-Rookie Team also features Atlanta Wings guard Kaela Davis and Washington Mystics guard Shatori Walker-Kimbrough.
