BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Bellingham man used a taser, according to police, to kidnap a woman and demand money from her.
Police arrested Jacob Dezarn Wednesday after they say he held a woman in a room in the 1800 block of Alabama Street.
He says he was trying to get back $40 she owed him.
Police say she had red welts on her body from the taser.
