BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Classes are back in session Friday after Bellingham Technical College reached a contract agreement with striking support staff.

BTC says the Bellingham Educational Support Team union ratified a collective bargaining agreement last night, effectively ending the four day strike.

The contract has to be completely approved before details about it are made public.

Faculty had voted to not cross the picket line which canceled classes Monday through yesterday (thu).

The college says its pleased with the agreement.
