BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Police have arrested a second suspect in a series of explosions in Bellingham.
Officers took 21-year-old Dillan Davis-Bailey into custody Wednesday afternoon.
Two of the explosions happened on August 16th and the third was on September fifth.
Nobody was hurt, but damage to a bridge and two bus shelters is estimated at 42-hundred-dollars.
Last month, police arrested 26-year-old Nicholas McNairy in connection with the explosions.
