BELLINGHAM, Wash.-Three key players in a drug distribution ring that operated in Whatcom County and across the state are guilty.
14 others pleaded guilty after their arrest last November.
They distributed heroin, methamphetamine and cocaine in Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish and King counties.
The investigation was named “Operation Car Wash” because some deals happened at a Mount Vernon car wash.
