MT VERNON, Wash. – Skagit Valley College and some public schools in Mount Vernon were on lockdown Monday.
When a Skagit County Sheriff’s Deputy pulled over a car connected to robbery, a man took off running.
The deputy said it was Curtis Cameron.
Cameron is wanted for several crimes, including some related to guns and explosives.
He intially got away, but police tracked him down and arrested him later.
The college cancelled its evening classes, but everything should be back to normal Tuesday.
