LAKE TAPPS, Wash.- The woman whose partially burned body was found near Lake Tapps on Tuesday is identified as 64-year-old Linda Sweezer.
Pierce County Sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer tells KOMO, Sweezer was killed inside her Kent home and later dumped along a road and burned.
Detectives found Sweezer’s 4-month-old granddaughter alone and dehydrated inside the home, but she is expected to recover.
Police arrested Lance Rougeau Wednesday night after a brief standoff at a Kent apartment complex.
