BELLINGHAM, Wash,- An opponent of the jail measure on the November ballot filed a complaint against one of the groups supporting it.
Doug Starcher wants state election watchdogs and the State Attorney General to investigate the “One Safe Jail Whatcom Correctional Deputies Association Pac.”
Voters will decide next month whether to increase sales taxes to pay for a new jail.
