BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The man accused of shooting two people who turned himself in is in jail on $250,000 bail.
Police said Alex Frost shot a man and a woman October 16 in the 1900 block of Yew Street Road.
He was in court Tuesday as he faces assault with a firearm charges.
Investigators believe Frost was also involved in a drive-by shooting the same night on Alabama Hill.
