BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Witnesses say a man set some paper on fire and put it in the mail slot of a Bellingham business just after midnight Sunday.
Police said it did about a $1,000 in damage to the building at 118 Holly Street.
The man is described as looking homeless and wearing a hoodie.
