BELINGHAM, Wash – Bellingham Police have released winter driving reminders in the wake of Friday’s unexpected snowfall impacting the Friday morning commute.
The National Weather Service says the next weather system will reach Western Washington Saturday night, with snow levels possibly low enough for some areas in the lowlands to be impacted.
Officer Eric Osterkamp of the Bellingham Police Department reminds drivers to check wipers, headlights, and tires before the next snow hits, defrosting your windows before you go, and slowing down.
