BELLINGHAM, Wash. – There’s been another case of lewd conduct near the Western Washington University campus.
A Western Alert says a female student was walking on a sidewalk near campus at about 8 a.m. Monday looking at her cellphone when she heard a man ask if she knew where the Haggen store was.
She saw the man with his pants off and masturbating in a white or creme-colored older sedan on 21st Street near Larrabee Avenue.
She quickly left.
She described the suspect as having a dark complexion, medium length hair, dark eyes, no facial hair, no piercings, no tattoos, wearing a black zip-up jacket.
Responding officers couldn’t locate him.
