A Burlington teen charged with second-degree murder pleads not guilty.
According to the Skagit Valley Herald a judge ruled Cristian Alexander Quijas’ will be charged as an adult.
The 15-year-old is accused of killing and shooting 16-year-old, Angel Estrada.
Quijas is being held at $1 million bail.
