SEDRO-WOOLLEY, Wash. – A Sedro-Woolley man with two prior child molestation convictions was sentenced to 10 years in prison for possessing child pornography.
The Skagit Valley Herald reported Douglas Blouin was arrested back in October 2016
The Department of Homeland Security found he downloaded at least one video of child pornography and had used scrubbing software on his electronic devices to try and remove evidence.
