BELLINGHAM, Wash.- A woman called 911 when she caught a man peering in a window of her Sunnyland Neighborhood home Thursday night.
The Bellingham Herald reports responding officers couldn’t locate the man, whom she described as white, between 20 and 30 years old and wearing a hat.
A police spokesman says they’re not sure if he’s connected to a series of other lewd incidents near Western Washington University and other parts of the city.
