ALGER, Wash. – A High Wind Warning is in effect until 6:00 Monday night.
The National Weather Service says winds will be gusting up to 60 mph and hitting Whatcom County’s shoreline the hardest.
More than 2,000 Puget Sound Energy customers were without power south of Bellingham Monday morning, and more outages are expected.
