A fake missing children flyer was distributed around Bellingham.
Around 10am on Tuesday, Child Protecive services notified Bellingham Police about the flyer.
Lt. Dannete Beckley said the minor is safe and legally with who he/she is supposed to be with.
The Bellingham police will not be releasing any information due to a Minor Placement confidentiality law.
