MT. BAKER NATIONAL FOREST, Wash. – The search continues Saturday for two snow boarders on Mount Baker.
Jake Amancia and Drew Lenz of Bellingham went missing last Sunday.
The Bellingham Herald quotes Sheriff Bill Elfo as saying the search will resume today.
The Saturday morning National Weather Service forecast for the mountain showed snow not resuming until around noon.
A GoFundMe campaign had raised nearly $18,000 as of 6 a.m. Saturday toward search related expenses.
