BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham Police have identified the three people found dead in a Bellingham home as 43-year-old Tanya Rowe, 5-year-old Benton Rowe, and 45-year-old Kevin Rowe.
Tanya Rowe worked for the Bellingham School District as the Executive Director of Communications and Community Relations.
Lieutenant Danette Beckley said police were called to check on a Cordata neighborhood home just after 2:30 Monday afternoon.
“At this time we do not believe there is any danger to the public, and no suspects are outstanding,” Beckley said.
“This tragic act appears to be a murder/suicide,” Beckley said.
Beckley said the investigation is ongoing, and Bellingham Police will be “extremely limited in the release of details” until the investigation is complete.
Witnesses noted that multiple law enforcement vehicles were on scene.
