BURLINGTON, Wash. – A Burlington man is dead after a hit and run on northbound George Hopper Road I-5 ramp Wednesday night.
State Troopers were notified around 7pm Wednesday of a disabled Kia Sorento on the ramp.
When they arrived on the scene, the discovered Porfiro Reyes-Solano, age 44, in the SUV been struck and killed by an unknown vehicle.
The State Patrol is investigating.
