FERNDALE, Wash. – A Ferndale man will spend two years in prison for raping a minor.
The Bellingham Herald reported 22-year-old Jesse McCandless was sentenced earlier this month after reaching a plea deal.
A 15-year-old-girl told police in September that McCandless had raped her in her bedroom.
McCandless also spent time in jail in 2014 for raping an underage girl when he was 18 years old.
