A Puyallup man is accused of crashing has car because he was having sex with a woman while driving drunk.
KOMO-TV reports that 22-year-old Michael Tonkin crashed the car the night before Thanksgiving while having sex.
The State Patrol says a 3-month-old baby was in the backseat of the car but was safe in a child car seat.
Witnesses reported seeing both adults get out of the car naked after crashing.
Both of them were hurt.
If convicted, this would be Tonkin’s fourth DUI, which is a felony.
