BELLINGHAM, Wash. – While a recent survey shows that nearly a third of employees say the bosses at their companies hurt company culture, a Bellingham company has gotten a big honor for the quality of its managers.
The careers, company culture, and compensation website comparably.com on Friday released its list of best company managers.
For the small and mid-size company category, Faithlife of Bellingham was listed along with 24 other companies nationwide.
Faithlife was founded in 1992 as Logos Bible Software by current CEO Bob Pritchett, and has 315 employees with 263 based in Bellingham.
