Bellingham, Wash – Bellingham Police arrested a man on a felony DUI charge early Saturday.
A police spokesman said officers observed a man driving erratically on Sunset near James Street at about 1:30 a.m. and pulled him over.
They arrested Joseph Busch on suspicion of driving under the influence and booked him into the Whatcom County Jail.
According to Lieutenant Don Almer, Busch declined to perform voluntary field sobriety tests. A blood draw was administered and the results are still pending.
Busch previously had his driving privileges revoked and has had three DUI arrests and two convictions in the past ten years.
