Man arrested for lewd act at JJ’s

BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The Bellingham man caught on surveillance camera exposing himself at JJ’s has been arrested.

According to Bellingham, Police Javier A. Pequeno-Contreras is in jail for exposing himself as he walked into JJ’s market on Douglas Ave on December 9th.

At this time Pequeno-Contreras has been arrested for only this incident but police are investigating to see if there is any connection with the string of voyeurism incidents that have taken place lately.
