CONCRETE, Wash. – Skagit deputies are investigating what they say was a murder-suicide Monday evening near Concrete.
The Skagit Valley Herald reports deputies found a 36-year-old woman dead inside the house on Cape Horn Drive and a 36-year-old man dead in the driveway.
The Skagit County Sheriff’s Office says both appeared to have suffered gunshot wounds.
No further details have been released about the victims.
