There is an ice storm warning in effect for Western Whatcom County until midnight, Friday night.
John Gargett with Whatcom County Emergency Management says we could see a quarter to a half of an inch of ice accumulate.
Downed trees and power outages are causing problems for people in Ferndale, Lynden and Sumas.
