FERNDALE, Wash. – The development boom in Ferndale continues as a new restaurant is set to be built along Main Street.
Ferndale Communications Director Riley Sweeney says the city issued the permit for a new building on Riverside Drive, next to the Dairy Queen.
Discover Ferndale reports the owner listed on the permit application is the co-president of Taco Time Northwest.
The project is valued at just over one-million-dollars and is described as a 27-hundred-square-foot restaurant with a drive-through and a fireplace.
