OLYMPIA, Wash. – State Senator Doug Ericksen says he’s staying put.
The Bellingham Herald had reported that the 42nd District lawmaker was leaving the state Senate to take a position with the Environmental Protection Agency in Seattle.
In a news conference Monday Ericksen called that report inaccurate.
Ericksen served several months on the transition team at the EPA after President Trump took office.
