Monday is the last day to get coverage under the open enrollment period of the Washington Health Benefit Exchange.
Washington Health-plan-finder customers must select a plan and pay the insurance premium by the deadline for their coverage to start February 1st.
Customers who miss the deadline have to wait until the next open enrollment period at the end of the year to get insurance coverage.
Residents who qualify for Washington Apple Health – or Medicaid – can still enroll for coverage at any point during the year, even if they miss the deadline.
