BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Kids participating in the Jr. Ski to Sea Race will have a new course this year.
The Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce announced Tuesday that the annual race will be moved to Zuanich Point Park.
The site of the usual course, Lake Padden Park, will be undergoing sewage improvements during spring 2018 and the Bellingham Parks Department requested the race be moved to a different location during the time of construction.
