WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. – Wednesday, February 7th, is the last day registered voters can request a mail-in ballot for the upcoming Whatcom Conservation District Supervisor election.

The conservation district helps farmers and landowners balance the environment with economic issues.

Three men are running: Biologist Alan Chapman, small farmer Larry Helm and engineer David Kroontje.

Voters have until 4 p.m. to request a mail-in ballot or people can vote in person on March 13th at the district office on Hannegan Road.
