LYNDEN, Wash. – Two retail hotspots in Lynden have a new owner.
Bellingham based Canoe Street LLC is buying The Dutch Village Mall from Neufeldt Properties LLC and Bender Plaza from Bender Plaza LLC.
Kane and Claudia Hall are principals of Canoe Street and say both properties are 100% occupied and in great condition.
The Dutch Village Mall in downtown Lynden is anchored by the iconic windmill.
Bender Plaza at Bender and Badger Roads is home to many popular businesses including the Nuthouse Grill, Woods Coffee, a number of insurance agencies and more.
