BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Western Washington University Police have identified a suspect in one of the recent lewd incidents on or near campus.
Police haven’t been able to contact the Pierce County man but have issued a criminal summons.
Witnesses saw him in a silver BMW in a south campus parking lot without pants and masturbating on February 2nd.
Police aren’t identifying him at this time but say he’s not a student.
They don’t think he’s connected to any other lewd incidents near the campus
