MOUNT VERNON, Wash. — A 20-year-old man will spend 17-years in prison after he pleaded guilty Thursday to the murder of a Mount Vernon man in August.
The Skagit Valley Herald reports Christian Eden Flores Jr. was one of four co-defendants in Jason Boyes’ death.
Flores is the second to take a plea deal, reducing his charges of first-degree murder and robbery, to second-degree murder.
Court documents say three men broke down Boyes’ front door early on August 1st, yelled at him and shot him before running away.
