BELLINGHAM, Wash. – There were two reports of a man exposing himself at Lake Padden Park on Saturday.
Police Lieutenant Danette Beckley says calls came in about a man exposing and touching himself near the tennis courts and again near the restrooms on the north side of the lake.
He was described as a short, stocky white man in his 50’s or 60’s wearing a Carhartt-like jacket.
She says the description is different and he’s likely not connected to other recent reported lewd incidents.
