BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A man who had been booted out of Walmart for life was arrested Sunday night after police say he rode out of the Bellingham store on a new bike without paying for it.
Police say other stolen bike accessories were found on Darby Maguire in a search, totaling more than $250.
Maguire had been given a lifetime trespass warning for all Walmarts before the incident.
Bellingham Police arrested him on suspicion of burglary and trespassing.
