BELLINGHAM, Wash. – While some Bellingham students join the “March For Our Lives” in D-C, other students in Bellingham plan to hold a “sibling” march on the same day here.
This Saturday, students plan to gather at Bellingham City Hall from 10am to 12pm for a peaceful rally where they hope people from all groups will come together and share ideas of how to make schools safer.
Organizers say speakers will also be at the rally to discuss school safety and other related issues.
The group says they will then have a peaceful march along a predetermined path to make their voices heard.
