GOLD BAR, Wash. (AP)- The body of an 18-year-old woman swept over a waterfall in Snohomish County was found Thursday.
She climbed out past an observation fence onto an island above the upper falls on Wednesday.
Shari Ireton with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office told KOMO the body was discovered in a pool of water at the base of the lower falls at Wallace Falls State Park.
The Las Vegas woman attended a community college in the area.
