EVERETT, Wash. (AP) – A 69-year-old man is sentenced to at least 10 years in prison after admitting to sexually abusing several young girls.
The Daily Herald reports Darrell Arp was arrested last summer after someone captured video of an 11-year-old girl sitting on his lap behind a security fence at a closed grocery store.
Arp initially denied wrongdoing but, later pleaded guilty.
