BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The 20-year-old man accused of raping a child several years ago has been released on bond after bail had been set at $40,000.
Jacob D. Yeubanks was charged with 1st degree child rape, molestation and incest after a reported incident at a home on Deer Creek Place in Ferndale in 2016.
Yeubanks is scheduled to appear in Whatcom County Superior Court October 5th.
