BELLINGHAM, Wash. — All Whatcom County school levies but one are passing following the first vote count in Tuesday’s special election.
The only measure being rejected is the Ferndale District’s operations and maintenance replacement levy.
A levy for maintenance and operations for Fire Protection District 8 is also passing.
