BELLINGHAM, Wash.- A young woman awoke to a disturbing site early Friday morning in the 300 block of Gladstone in Bellingham.
She said a man wearing a tiger mask was masturbating outside her window. She said he knocked on her window several times to make sure she could see him.
Police couldn’t find the man. They’re checking to see if it could be related to a recent string a voyeurism calls in Bellingham.
