BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Another case of lewd conduct outside a residence near the Western Washington University campus.
Western says at about 11:30 Monday night a woman looked outside the kitchen window of the home in the 900 block of North Garden Street and saw a man exposing himself.
The man then ran away and police could not find him.
Police don’t know if this is related to the other recent incidents of lewd conduct near and on campus.
