BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Another incident of lewd conduct was reported at Western Washington University early Sunday morning.
Western officials say a man was spotted touching himself outside a residence in the 900 block of North Garden Street at about 2am.
They say it’s not known if this is related to other recent incidents of lewd conduct on and near the Western campus.
