BELLINGHAM – Another sighting of a man masturbating near Western Washington University.
Bellingham Police Lieutenant Mike Johnston said the man was seen Monday night Laurel Park.
Johnston said this may or may not be connected to other similar incidents recently in the same general area.
Police said there’s at least one consistency – the victims always describe the suspect as a white man in his 20s.
