OLYMPIA, Wash. — Apple is recalling laptops after they received reports of batteries overheating.
KOMO reports Apple even received some reports of minor burns, smoke inhalation and minor damage to nearby personal property.
They’re recalling nearly 500,000 15-inch MacBook Pro laptops sold in the U.S. and Canada.
They were sold between September 2015 and February 2017.
Consumers can see if their laptop is among those being recalled by checking its serial number at this page.
