BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Tips from the public helped Bellingham Police identify a suspect in a series of indecent exposure incidents at Lake Padden Park earlier this month.
The department says “Thank You” on its Facebook page after officers arrested 62-year-old David Cain of Bellingham on Thursday.
Investigators believe Cain is the man who exposed himself near the tennis courts and restrooms on the north end of the lake on March 10th, and again near the boat launch on March 11th.
He was booked into the Whatcom County Jail on suspicion of Indecent Exposure.
