FERNDALE, Wash. — Deputies arrested a man in Ferndale early Saturday after they say a search of his car turned up a scale and baggies with meth residue, a bulletproof vest and a .44 caliber revolver.
Whatcom County Undersheriff Jeff Parks says they contacted Dustin Binion at the Pilot Gas Station at about 12:30 A.M. and saw drug paraphernalia in the car.
Deputies searched the vehicle where they found more items with meth residue as well as two notebooks which they say appeared to show drug debts.
Parks says the 19-year-old also had 29 grams of meth on his person.
