MAPLE FALLS, Wash. – Another attempted arsonist has been arrested following an incident in Maple Falls.
Whatcom County Sheriff’s spokesperson Deb Slater said that three victims reported being assaulted by 37-year-old David Adams on Wednesday night, June 22nd, on the 6100 block of Shamrock Road.
Adams is accused of beating one of the victims in the face with a flashlight and striking a second person in the head before leaving the area.
A family member also accused him of assaulting her earlier in the day.
Deputies later found him at a home that he had burglarized and had also set on fire.
Firefighters were able to contain the blaze and Adams was arrested.
